According to the Korea Herald, the National Palace Museum will be hosting an exhibition on the life of former president Park Chung-hee. The exhibition will feature some of the late president’s personal effects as well as gifts given to him by various world leaders, including those from the late Kim Il-sung and the late Chiang Kai-shek.

This year is the 30th anniversary of Park’s death. He was assassinated by his own director of the Korean Central Intelligence Agency, today’s National Intelligence Service.
